We’re Hiring a Kickass Social Media Executive

What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
- Run high-converting Meta and Google Ads (Lead, Engagement, Conversion focused)
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling creatives and reels
- Handle daily posting, scheduling, and reporting
- Respond to DMs, comments, and manage community engagement
- Optimize profiles and content for SEO and organic reach
- Analyze performance and tweak campaigns for better ROI
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, SEO, and ad platforms
- Deep understanding of content algorithms, reel trends, and ad funnels
- Ability to write strong captions and hooks
- Experience with ad tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Basic SEO knowledge (on-page, keyword planning, link sharing)
- Tools: Canva, Buffer/Zoho Social, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Uber suggest or SEMrush
Bonus if You:
- Have experience growing personal or client pages from scratch
- Know how to A/B test creatives and headlines
- Can think in memes and reels
- Understand funnel marketing and retargeting logic
