We are seeking an experienced Mainframe z/OS System Programmer/Administrator to manage, support, optimize, and architect enterprise-scale IBM Mainframe environments. The candidate will be responsible for z/OS administration, Parallel Sysplex configuration, disaster recovery implementation, performance tuning, storage management, and high-availability solutions across multiple data centers.

Administer and support IBM z/OS environments.

Perform z/OS installation, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.

Configure and manage IBM z15, z16, and z17 systems.

Support Parallel Sysplex, GDPS, and GDDR environments.

Manage JES2/JES3, DFSMS, VTAM, SNA, and TCP/IP subsystems.

Implement disaster recovery solutions and conduct DR drills.

Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and MIPS optimization.

Manage storage infrastructure including IBM and EMC disk/tape systems.

Install, configure, and upgrade ISV products from Broadcom, BMC, Rocket Software, and other vendors.

Troubleshoot complex system issues using dumps, traces, RMF, and SMF data.

Support security administration using RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret.

Work with DB2, IMS, MQ, CICS, Control-M, TWS, and related middleware technologies.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, OEM vendors, and infrastructure teams.
