We're looking for an exceptional Interior Designer, Interior Architect, or Architect with 4 to 7 years of professional experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do
Design Leadership
- Lead projects from concept through construction documentation.
- Review and elevate layouts, concepts, mood boards, presentations, materials, and detailing.
- Maintain exceptional design standards across every project.
Technical Excellence
- Review and produce high-quality GFC (Good for Construction) drawings when required.
- Create or review 3D models and visualisations to communicate design intent.
- Coordinate with consultants and the execution team to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and buildable.
Team Leadership
- Mentor our design team through regular design reviews and constructive feedback.
- Raise the quality of the team's work and help establish studio-wide design standards.
- Lead by example, creating a collaborative and high-performance design culture.
Sales & Business Development
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present design solutions with confidence.
- Help convert enquiries into signed projects through strong communication, design thinking, and relationship building.
- Support proposals, pitches, fee discussions, and other business development initiatives alongside the leadership team.
Client Experience
- Build long-term relationships with clients through professionalism and trust.
- Ensure every project delivers an outstanding client experience from concept to completion.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of professional experience in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related design field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design thinking, space planning, detailing, and material knowledge.
- Confidence in producing and reviewing GFC drawings and high-quality 3D visualisations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage clients and lead discussions.
- A natural mentor who enjoys developing people and raising the standard of the team.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to build client relationships and contribute to winning new projects.
- Someone who takes ownership, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to grow into a long-term leadership role.
Compensation & Growth
Starting Salary: ₹80,000 per month
This is a genuine leadership growth opportunity. Following a 6-month performance review, you'll have a clear pathway toward ₹1,00,000 per month based on your leadership, technical excellence, project delivery, team development, and overall contribution to the studio.
In addition to your fixed salary, you'll be eligible for performance-based incentives for successfully converting enquiries into projects. The larger the project and the greater your contribution to winning it, the higher the incentive - rewarding those who actively help grow the studio.
As Co-Design grows, so will your opportunities for increased responsibility, higher earnings, and long-term leadership within the company.
Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
