.Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Malayalam language and literature to senior secondary students.
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Maintain an effective and disciplined learning environment.
- Promote Malayalam literature, culture, and language activities.
- Use modern teaching methods and educational technology.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.
- Maintain student records and prepare progress reports.
- Participate in school events, examinations, and professional development programs
