Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Management: Handle technical enquiries via email, phone, and walk-in visits.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the production and technical teams to understand specifications and prepare accurate commercial quotations.
Sales Conversion: Proactively follow up on quotations to secure Purchase Orders (PO).
Quality Documentation: Prepare and issue test certificates for all supplied materials to maintain quality standards.
