About the Role We're seeking a Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to drive brand presence and digital growth in the process instrumentation and automation space. You'll translate complex solutions—flow, pressure, level, temperature, gas detection, water quality—into compelling campaigns and visuals for engineers, plant managers, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and email; manage website content, SEO, and analytics
- Create social media content, technical blogs, and product launch materials; track performance
- Design brochures, datasheets, presentations (16:9), infographics, technical illustrations, and trade show visuals
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print; collaborate with engineering and sales teams
- Support technical content, application notes, and internal branding; coordinate with vendors when neededRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Instrumentation/Electronics + diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
Preferred Skills
- Background in industrial, automation, or instrumentation companies
- Familiarity with process industries (oil & gas, water, food, chemical, power, manufacturing)
- Video/animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro); CMS experience (WordPress or similar)

- 2–5 years in digital marketing and graphic design (B2B/industrial preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, email tools, and basic SEO
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
