We are looking for a Senior Shift Engineer to manage and oversee complete electrical, MEP, civil, plumbing, and soft service operations in a high-rise IT Park.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on operations & maintenance of electrical systems:
o Transformers, HT & LT Panels, ACBs, VCBs, Diesel Generators
o Chiller Plant & Cooling Towers
o HVAC, STP & WTP, Civil & Plumbing utilities
Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety codes and smooth power distribution.
Plan & execute preventive / corrective maintenance and resolve breakdowns.
Prepare and manage BOQs, budgets, vendor evaluation & AMC management.
Monitor energy consumption, prepare energy statements, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to optimize power and resource usage.
Prepare and maintain HVAC load calculation sheets, analyze performance trends of chillers, CTs, AHUs, etc., and recommend operational improvements.
Maintain and review all technical reports, daily/weekly/monthly MIS, and data analysis for effective decision-making.
Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security & soft services teams.
Prepare professional reports & presentations using Excel & PowerPoint.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D):
o Read, modify & prepare electrical SLDs, layouts, cable routing plans.
o Review MEP & civil utility drawings for coordination.
o Prepare as-built drawings for installations and upgrades.
o Support tender/BOQ documentation with technical drawings.
Requirements :
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
5–7 years of experience in handling maintenance of high-rise buildings, IT parks, and malls.
C-License preferred but not mandatory
Strong expertise in HT/LT systems, transformer & DG operations, ACB/VCB, Chiller plant & utility systems
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD for electrical & MEP design coordination
Skilled in energy monitoring, HVAC performance analysis, report preparation & implementing corrective measures
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BOQ preparation, budgeting & vendor management
Hands-on problem-solving approach & strong leadership skills Open to rotational shifts, including night shifts
Proficient in ERP for asset management, work orders & inventory control.
Interact with clients for operational updates, technical escalations & performance reporting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
