- Generate leads through Upwork and other online platforms
- Conduct cold calling and client outreach to create business opportunities
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain follow-ups and achieve monthly business targets
- Build strong client relationships and stay updated with market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, target-based work, and night shifts
- Quick learner with the ability to grow professionally
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
- Positive attitude, multitasking, and teamwork skills preferred
