Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to lead and manage impactful strategic global compensation initiatives and HR projects. The role requires strong expertise in compensation frameworks, HR systems implementation, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Compensation & Benefits projects across the organization

Drive implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

Manage end-to-end project activities including planning, coordination, testing, change management, training, and post-implementation support.

Partner with various stakeholder to ensure compensation strategies align with organizational objectives.

Develop and maintain compensation structures, grading frameworks, salary ranges, and pay equity practices.

Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and internal equity reviews.

Support HR transformation and digitalization initiatives related to compensation and rewards.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for Global management and leadership review.

Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners where required.
Preferred Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors certification will be an added advantage.

Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations preferred.

PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Requirements

Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including HR transformation or HRIS implementation projects.

Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module implementation and rollout is preferred.

Experience in Equal Pay / Pay Equity framework implementation preferred.

Strong knowledge of compensation design, salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and benefits management.

Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
