- Perform microbiological analysis of raw materials, bulk products, finished cosmetic products, water samples, and environmental monitoring samples.
- Conduct microbial limit tests, pathogen testing, preservative efficacy testing (PET), and other microbiological evaluations as per standard procedures.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in production and laboratory areas.
- Prepare culture media, maintain microbial cultures, and ensure proper laboratory practices.
- Investigate microbiological deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and contamination incidents.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation in compliance with GMP and quality standards.
- Participate in validation activities, method development, and laboratory audits.
- Ensure calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of microbiological laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, and R&D departments for product quality improvement.
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements related to cosmetics microbiology and quality control.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
