We are looking for a Redis DBA/Engineer to provide operational support for managed Redis services across AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI, focusing on availability, performance, security and optimization.

Manage cloud-managed Redis environments across multiple cloud platforms.

Configure and maintain Redis clusters, replication and high availability.

Monitor memory utilization, latency, connections and throughput.

Troubleshoot performance and availability issues.

Manage backup, snapshots and recovery.

Support upgrades, patching and maintenance.

Implement authentication, encryption and access controls.

Monitor Redis using cloud-native monitoring tools.

Perform capacity planning and performance optimization.

Support automation using Terraform and cloud-native tools.

Troubleshoot production incidents and service requests.

Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and standards.
