This leadership role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of large, complex telecom transformation programmes with a specific focus on Billing and Revenue Management (BRM). The director owns programmes execution, financial P&L performance, and customer governance across multi-geo engagements, operating frequently at the CXO level. Core responsibilities include driving delivery excellence through standard processes, managing financial risks like cost overruns, and fostering a culture of accountability across cross-functional teams. The position also demands strategic partnership with Sales for account mining and new deal estimations, as well as a strong focus on talent development, workforce planning, and attrition management within the telecom practice.
