Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ABA-based behavioral intervention services for clients and families, ensuring effective implementation of individualized plans.
- Provide ongoing guidance within each client’s individual program, ensuring each client’s continued progress towards realizing their maximum potential based on the recommendations provided by Clinical Supervisors.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of ABA services delivered at the Centre and also oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational activities of the Centre.
- Coordinate and integrate behavioral interventions for maximum effectiveness, regularly reviewing and updating plans.
- Analyze client data and use the findings to guide clinical decisions.
- Supervise, train, and provide ongoing support to therapists and other team members.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Conduct parent meetings and provide guidance on implementing behavioral strategies at home.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of clinical records, progress reports, and other documentation.
- Promote a safe, professional, ethical, and child-centered working environment.
- Ensure that services comply with applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and credentialling requirements.
Qualification:
- QBA or recognized professional credential in Behaviour Analysis, depending on the regulatory and credentialling requirements applicable to the Centre.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, special education or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience providing ABA services to children.
- Experience in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, data analysis and staff supervision.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and evidence based behavioral interventions.
- Experience working collaboratively with parents and multi-disciplinary professionals.
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Be enthusiastic, Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada preferred.
