Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage complete billing and accounting such as sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments entries. Bank reconciliation, stock audit, GST reports generation, ledger reconciliation, TDS working, filing management, audit preparation etc.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
All sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments entries
Bank reconciliation
Purchase-to-sales mapping
Physical stock audit
Creditor /Debtor ledgers reconciliation
Customer advances and supplier advances management
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B report preparation
TDS Working
Recurring expenses working
Invoice, IRN and E-Way Bill working
Filing management
Monthly GST liability calculation
Monthly MIS reporting
Bank/CC stock statement preparation
Salary sheet preparation
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce
2–5 years of experience of accounting, TDS, GST etc.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
