Milroc Good Earth Developers is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, handling statutory compliance, processing vendor payments, and assisting with reconciliations and other accounting activities. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work
- Maintain vendor and contractor payment records
- Coordinate with site/project teams for billing and documentation
- Support monthly MIS reporting and cash flow statements
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit schedules
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Assist Accounts Manager in month-end and year-end closing activities
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Experience
- Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry preferred
Education
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- Additional certification in Tally or GST will be preferred
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
