About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head – ELV Systems to lead our sales and business development operations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ELV project sales, enterprise security solutions, and strategic business development with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships.
This role requires extensive experience in selling ELV solutions including CCTV Surveillance, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Public Address Systems, Networking, Structured Cabling, and Integrated Security Solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, and government sectors.
- Drive market expansion through strategic client acquisition and key account management.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, system integrators, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Project Sales & Tender Management
- Manage complete project sales cycles from lead generation to project closure.
- Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams to develop winning solutions and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close high-value projects.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and strategic planning meetings.
- Foster a high-performance and result-driven sales culture.
Reporting & Business Planning
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, budgets, and management presentations.
- Track sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with operations and project execution teams for seamless project handover.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Instrumentation, IT, or related Engineering discipline.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
- Relevant certifications in ELV Systems, Security Solutions, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 8–15+ years of experience in ELV Systems, Security Solutions, Building Automation, or related industries.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing strategic customer accounts.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong network within consultants, contractors, developers, corporate clients, and government agencies.
- Experience in solution selling and project-based sales.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and ELV ecosystem.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
