We are looking for a Lead Qualifying Specalist to handle inbound inquiries, qualify prospects for our solar and electrical products, and coordinate with regional branches to ensure high conversion rates.
Role & responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and advertisement leads.
- Identify prospective clients for Solar, Heat Pumps (HP), Solar PV, and Electrical products.
- Guide interested buyers to explore and book products on the company website.
- Forward verified leads to respective branches for quotes, pricing, and site visits.
- Maintain the sales database with detailed and updated customer information.
- Follow up via email with product catalogues for unanswered customer calls.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or E-commerce Order Management.
- Industry Preference: Renewable Energy, Solar, Electrical, or Consumer Durables.
- Tools: Proficient in Google Sheets, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication. English, Hindi Speaking is Mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
