Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to act as the central
bridge between Soult’s business strategy, internal stakeholders, and our appointed digital
marketing agency. This role ensures that all marketing initiatives — from product launches
and offers to achievements and announcements — are well planned, clearly communicated,
and executed in line with Soult’s brand, positioning, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans and briefs for the agency
Define campaign objectives for:
o Individual consumers (B2C)
o Institutions, corporates, and partners (B2B2C)
Plan and coordinate:
o Product rollouts
o Feature launches
o Offers and promotions
o Corporate tie-ups and partnerships
o Achievements, milestones, and PR-worthy announcements
Agency Coordination & Execution
Act as the single point of contact between Soult and the digital marketing agency
Prepare detailed briefs including:
o Target audience
o Key messaging
USPs
o CTAs
o Timelines
- Review agency deliverables (content, creatives, ads, landing pages) for:
o Brand consistency
o Product accuracy
o Compliance and sensitivity (legacy & personal data context)
- Ensure timely execution and rollout across platforms
Product & Market Alignment
- Deeply understand Soult’s product, use cases, and customer journeys
- Work closely with sales and partnerships teams to:
o Support institutional targeting campaigns
o Create partner enablement marketing assets
- Segment audiences based on:
o Individual users
o Corporate HR & benefits teams
o Agents, advisors, and agencies
Campaign Performance & Reporting
- Track campaign performance metrics provided by the agency
- Analyze lead quality and conversion trends with sales teams
- Recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, and channels
- Maintain a marketing calendar and execution tracker
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in product marketing, B2C/B2B2C marketing, or growth
marketing
- Prior experience working with digital marketing agencies (mandatory)
- Strong strategic planning and briefing skills
- Experience marketing app-based, subscription, or SaaS products
- Good understanding of:
o Customer funnels
o Institutional vs consumer targeting
o Content and performance marketing basics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Languages:
o English (mandatory)
o Kannada (strongly preferred)
