Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings.
Process invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
Monitor cash flow and assist management with financial insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and compliance procedures.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services industry.
Knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
