We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Professor in Hotel Management to join our faculty at VPMM Group of Institutions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and research in the field of hospitality and a commitment to providing high-quality education to students pursuing a career in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Learning:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in subjects related to Hotel Management, including but not limited to hospitality operations, food & beverage management, front office operations, hotel marketing, and hospitality law.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assignments.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, exams, and projects.
Curriculum Development:
- Participate in curriculum design and development, ensuring courses align with industry trends and accreditation standards.
- Regularly review and update course content to maintain academic relevance.
Research & Development:
- Engage in research activities in hospitality management and related fields.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.
- Participate in industry collaborations and projects.
Administrative & Academic Duties:
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to institutional planning and decision-making processes.
- Assist in student admissions, internships, and placements.
- Participate in professional development and continuous learning opportunities.
Industry Collaboration:
- Establish relationships with hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality organizations to support internships, guest lectures, and placements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
