We are looking for a Guest Relationship Manager (GRM) to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling reservations, managing guest feedback, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage table reservations, guest seating, and special requests.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Coordinate with restaurant operations and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain guest databases and record guest preferences for personalized service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Assist in planning and executing guest engagement activities, promotions, and special events.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, presentation, and customer service at all times.
- Support the restaurant team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, or Restaurant Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
