- 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations, preferably in manufacturing or foundry.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Basic understanding of PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employees at both shop-floor and staff levels.
- Good documentation and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
