We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Injection Moulding Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection moulding machines to cast plastic products. You will monitor the production process, ensure product quality meets our strict standards, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to maintain optimal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects (e.g., flashes, bubbles, short shots) using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Material Management: Mix, weigh, and load plastic resins and colorants into machine hoppers.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle times) and make adjustments to correct deviations or defects.
- Post-Processing: Trim, de-burr, and pack finished molded parts as required.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on moulds and machines; report complex mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety guidelines, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean workstation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
