Key Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving new business targets through online channel.
Responsible for overall distribution strategy, product proposition, purchase journeys, process enhancement, competitor benchmarking and marketing strategy for online partners with an aim to increase share of shop
Partner management - Market intelligence, partner training, escalation management & making required presentations.
Managing the overall quality of book including persistency, claims and complaints and achieve the targeted numbers.
Managing pre and post business login queries received from the channel partner.
Working with internal teams like IT, Operations and Underwriting to facilitate smooth customer & partner experience.
Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices between partners and internal teams to help embed a robust digital ecosystem.
Educational Qualification / Experience
- MBA with 3+ years of experience in BFSI, E-Commerce managing digital ecosystem
Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of the overall distribution strategy, purchase journeys of digital products.
- Good understanding of core business processes of BFSI
- Roles like enabling product/ driving business on website & apps, credit card business management, driving growth in payment solutions, handling online channel partners, handling online start-ups, handling online mutual fund platforms will qualify for this profile.
