R K Engineering Works, an ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified manufacturer of lifts, cranes, hoists and elevators, is hiring experienced Installation & Commissioning Supervisors to lead installation teams for rack and pinion type elevators / construction hoists (builder's hoists) end-to-end — from site readiness to commissioning and client handover — and to handle major repair and modernization jobs independently, at project sites across India.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the erection team; plan manpower, tools and materials at site
- Complete mast erection, rack & pinion alignment, load test and commissioning
- Handle complex breakdown, gearbox / drive overhaul, governor and modernization
- Ensure safety compliance and quality as per standards
- Client coordination, snag closure and handover documentation
- Train junior technicians and fitters
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 6+ years in rack & pinion hoist / elevator installation & commissioning, with team-lead exposure
- Strong drawing reading, fault diagnosis and commissioning skill
- Leadership and site management ability
- Extensive site travel
Base location: Jaipur (VKI Area) with pan-India project responsibility.
