MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Plan monthly content calendar
Write reel and YouTube video scripts
Coordinate and manage video shoots with the founder
Guide the video editor and ensure timely editing
Upload content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Create captions, hashtags, and thumbnails
Track content performance and suggest improvements
Build brand awareness through consistent content marketing
Requirements:
Experience in social media and content marketing
Creative mindset with strong communication skills
Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and digital marketing
Basic understanding of video editing workflow
Organized and able to manage deadlines
