Front Office Management
· Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
· Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day.
· Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes where applicable.
2. Call Management
· Receive incoming calls promptly and professionally.
· Understand the purpose of each client call and record complete details in the company system.
· Transfer calls accurately to the concerned employee or department.
· Take messages for unavailable employees and ensure timely communication.
· Follow proper telephone etiquette during all client interactions.
3. Visitor Coordination
· Schedule and coordinate visitor appointments with relevant departments.
· Inform employees immediately upon visitor arrival.
· Ensure visitors are attended to without unnecessary waiting.
4. Administrative Support
· Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.
· Maintain call logs, courier records, visitor records, and reception documentation.
· Assist HR and Administration with routine office coordination activities.
· Support meeting room bookings and hospitality arrangements when required.
5. Customer Service
· Provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
· Address basic enquiries professionally.
· Escalate complaints or urgent issues to the appropriate department.
6. Compliance & Confidentiality
· Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
· Follow company policies and front office procedures.
· Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
· Professional telephone etiquette.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
· Good organizational and coordination skills.
· Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
· High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria
· Any Graduate.
· 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
· Experience in handling client calls and front office operations is mandatory.
· Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
