Job Summary:
Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Logistics Executive to manage logistics operations while ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating Sea, Air, and Land Freight shipments, providing shipment updates, resolving customer queries, and ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Land Transportation shipments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status and service-related inquiries.
- Provide timely shipment updates and maintain effective customer communication.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, agents, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Support import and export operations by ensuring timely processing and coordination.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, customer communications, and operational reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping & Logistics, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
