Lead technical delivery of structural projects
Oversee analysis, design, and documentation with Client on smaller-scale projects
Lead analysis, design, and documentation for the team and participate in Client
discussions on larger-scale projects
Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams (only applicable on long-term design
projects)
Review and approve engineering calculations and drawings
Present engineering submittal sets to PM/PIC with specifics of projects
Manage construction administration activities
Resolve complex technical and field issues (NA for remote roles)
Track project scope, schedule, and deliverables
Support in writing proposals and scope development (technical side only)
Direct junior staff and delegate tasks
Maintain quality control throughout project delivery
Begin to lead and own the work product of the junior staff
Begins to develop an understanding of client requirements, contractor needs, project
operations, and life-cycle impacts across the stakeholder matrix.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
