Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sr Production Head – Furniture Manufacturing to lead end-to-end factory production operations, ensuring timely execution, quality control, manpower management, and production efficiency in furniture manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete production planning and execution for furniture manufacturing.
Supervise machine shop, assembly, polishing, and finishing operations.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per dispatch schedule.
Control raw material utilization and minimize wastage.
Handle manpower allocation, productivity, and discipline on shop floor.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams.
Ensure machine maintenance and safety compliance.
Monitor quality standards for wooden, metal, and customized furniture production.
Improve production systems, processes, and factory efficiency.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of modular/custom furniture production
Factory operations & manpower handling
Production planning and scheduling
Quality control and dispatch coordination
Knowledge of CNC, cutting, edge banding, welding ,Beam Saw , Multi - Boring , finishing processes.
Leadership and problem-solving ability
