About Role
Mannol India is hiring an experienced Field Marketing Executive – Automotive Lubricants to develop dealer networks, increase market penetration, and drive sales growth for premium lubricant products.
Responsibilities
- Promote Mannol lubricant products to dealers, distributors, workshops, and fleet operators
- Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Visit workshops, spare parts shops, and automotive businesses regularly
- Submit daily and weekly field activity reports
Requirements
- Experience in automotive lubricant sales or field marketing
- Strong knowledge of lubricant products and applications
- Experience working with lubricant brands such as Shell, Castrol, Mobil, Gulf, Veedol, Valvoline, Servo, TotalEnergies, HP Lubricants, BPCL MAK, or similar brands
- Proven experience in dealer and distributor development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel for field visits
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
