We partner with businesses across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and other regulated industries to proactively manage cyber risks and achieve compliance. Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
This role requires strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to engage with senior decision-makers across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify and qualify potential customers across target industries.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and RFP responses.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand customer business requirements and challenges.
- Position company solutions as value-driven business enablers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
Market Development
- Research market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and target sectors.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Experience:
