About the Role
Eastencher Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with business users, product teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications.
- Create and maintain API documentation, integration requirements, and data flow mappings.
- Manage user stories, tasks, defects, and project tracking using Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and drive project success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend effective solutions.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Strong experience in preparing BRD, FRD, and functional specifications.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps for requirement and project management.
- Understanding of REST APIs, API documentation, integration workflows, and data mapping.
- Experience in process flow creation and business process analysis.
- Knowledge of UAT planning and execution.
