Hiring: Performance Marketing Analyst (Onsite)
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra
Timing: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST | Monday–Friday

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience in marketing data, campaign reporting, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, GBP, and GLSA
- Monitor CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates
- Create dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Perform funnel analysis and campaign performance tracking
- Generate actionable recommendations to improve ROI
- Monitor GBP and GLSA performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
Required Skills:
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPL, and conversion metrics
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Familiarity with GBP and GLSA reporting
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing Analytics, or Data Analytics
- Experience with digital marketing campaign analysis preferred
