We are growing and if you are a Junior Interior Designer who wants to work in a highly collaborative studio environment on mid to large, design-focused projects then we are the place for you.
The Junior Interior Designer will work to design, develop and deliver projects that meet the vision and exceed the expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative design solutions
- Should be able to track construction progress and work with contractors and purchasing agents from execution of drawings through completion and punch lists
- Communication and presentation skills and ability to demonstrate and explain a design idea/evolution of a concept
- Hands-on work ethic and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- imaginative and resourceful with a keen eye for detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design with a focus on Workplace/Office Interior Design projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite with Revit being advantageous
- Excellent communication and leadership skills including pitching
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior designers
