Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee precast concrete installation and site execution activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise precast concrete installation activities at project sites.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, jointing, grouting, and finishing of precast elements.
- Monitor daily site operations and project progress.
- Read and interpret civil and structural drawings for execution.
- Take site measurements and prepare reports for billing and material estimation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site documentation.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Monitor quality standards and construction safety compliance.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and support project completion within timelines.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil site execution (precast construction preferred).
- Knowledge of precast construction processes, including handling and installation.
- Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.
- Experience in labor management and stakeholder coordination.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and site management practices.
