Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, operational management, customer service, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospitality operations efficiently.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate hospitality staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and front office teams.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage staff schedules and operational planning.
- Control inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure SOP compliance.
- Improve service quality and operational efficiency.
