Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
- Support communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with creative, content, strategy, and production teams to keep projects on track.
- Help schedule meetings, maintain project documentation, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project progress and proactively highlight potential delays or challenges.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client updates.
- Learn and contribute to campaign planning, execution, and coordination.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different teams.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools is a plus.
