Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve café food items efficiently
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Create and improve menu items including snacks, sandwiches, pasta, fast food, and beverages
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Manage kitchen inventory and food stock
- Follow food safety standards and café procedures
- Work collaboratively with café staff during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience as a chef/cook in a café, restaurant, or fast-food outlet
- Knowledge of café-style food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good hygiene and kitchen management skills
- Creative mindset for menu ideas and food presentation
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with coffee shop or continental menu items
- Basic knowledge of mocktails and beverages
- Ability to handle customer special requests
