About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to take complete creative ownership of our brand’s digital visual identity. In this role, you will concept, design, and produce static graphics, marketing collateral, presentation decks, and dynamic video content. You will also leverage modern generative AI creative tools to streamline workflows, experiment with rapid visual concepts, and produce high-impact content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets, carousels, ad creatives, social media graphics, and digital marketing materials.
- Edit, cut, color correct, and produce short-form and long-form video content (Reels, explainers, campaign videos, promo clips).
- Build high-quality presentation decks, sales collateral, and case study visuals.
- Integrate AI creative tools into daily production for image generation, voiceovers, video clips, and ideation.
- Establish reusable design templates and maintain visual consistency across all brand assets.
- Manage creative projects independently from initial brief through to final output.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Mandatory mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides for business deck design.
- Hands-on experience using modern Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals: visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and implement feedback effectively.
- After Effects skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
