The EDP Executive is responsible for maintaining and supporting all computer systems, software, and network operations within the hotel. This includes ensuring smooth functioning of POS systems, reservation systems, and back-office software.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain hotel IT infrastructure (computers, servers, networks)
- Manage and support PMS (Property Management Systems) and POS systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure data backup, security, and system updates
- Support front office, restaurant, and accounts teams with IT issues
- Install and configure software and systems
- Monitor system performance and prevent downtime
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and repair
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
