Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer – Civil to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, monitor project progress, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements and maintain site records, DPRs, and work logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Coordinate material planning, procurement, and site logistics.
- Inspect construction quality and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications before execution.
- Assist in billing, quantity verification, and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good knowledge of project execution, quality control, and site coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
