Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter cum Operator to handle setup and production
operations in a batch production environment. The candidate must be capable of setting
tools, offsets, and operating CNC Turning / Milling machines while ensuring quality and
productivity as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform machine setup for new jobs including tool setting and fixture alignment.
Operate CNC Turning / Milling machines for batch production.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
Set tool offsets and make minor program corrections if required.
Monitor machine performance and maintain cycle time.
Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
Maintain daily production records as per ISO documentation.
Ensure proper machine maintenance and cleanliness.
Reduce rejection and rework by maintaining process control.
Technical Skills Required
Hands-on experience in CNC Turning and/or Milling machines.
Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controllers (828D preferred).
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
Experience in batch production environment.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in CNC machining industry.
Experience in ISO 9001:2015 certified company preferred.

Ability to work in shifts if required.
Team player with good discipline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
