Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site operations. The Site Supervisor will ensure that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality or safety issues.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate timely delivery of construction materials.
- Maintain daily site reports, work logs, and progress updates.
- Resolve on-site issues and communicate project updates to management.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Verify completed work before submitting it for inspection.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress reports.
- Assist in planning work schedules and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction role.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
