Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily accounting transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain general ledger and accounting records.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory data as required.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as assigned.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
- Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge are also welcome to apply.
- Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of statutory compliance and taxation.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
