We're looking for a Data Entry & Operations Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with data and people alike. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing large volumes of information, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
You will be a part of our Fulfilment & Operations Team, where you'll receive hands-on training and work closely with internal teams, courier partners, and external vendors.
What You'll Get to Do
- Manage and maintain large volumes of operational data with accuracy.
- Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with courier partners and external vendors for day-to-day operational activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between internal teams and external service providers.
- Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation.
- Support the fulfilment team in improving operational efficiency and processes.
- Identify problems, resolve the issues proactively, and suggest solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, lookups, data management, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and alert mindset.
- Comfortable coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Other Details
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (In-office)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: Based on experience and skill set
Pay: ₹20,000.88 - ₹35,000.63 per month
