Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day facility operations at the assigned site. The role involves managing housekeeping, maintenance, security coordination, safety, vendor activities, and general facility services to ensure the site is maintained in a safe, clean, efficient, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility management activities and site operations.
- Coordinate and monitor housekeeping, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility services.
- Allocate duties to technicians, housekeeping staff, and other site personnel.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and staff performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance or safety issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure all equipment, facilities, and common areas are maintained properly.
- Monitor cleaning standards and ensure hygiene requirements are met.
- Report breakdowns, defects, safety hazards, and other site issues to the Facility Manager.
- Maintain daily logbooks, checklists, work orders, and service records.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and consumable materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Support emergency response, fire safety, evacuation, and other emergency procedures.
- Attend complaints and service requests from occupants or clients and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management.
- Ensure contractors and service personnel follow site safety and access procedures.
- Assist the Facility Manager in achieving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Facility Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in facility management, building maintenance, or site supervision is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MEP systems, housekeeping, safety, and general building maintenance.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and handle site-related issues effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
