Your Mission
As a Quality Project Specialist, you will:
Lead quality activities in new projects and product launches
Ensure a smooth and successful Start of Production (SOP)
Drive product and process quality throughout the project lifecycle
Act as a key interface with customers and internal stakeholders
Monitor Project Performance and ensure continuous improvement
Coordinate quality processes during new project phases or relocations
Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (8D)
Manage tests, inspections, and validation activities
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards
Develop and implement quality concepts and improvement initiatives
Prepare reports and documentation aligned with customer expectations
Deliver training and support quality awareness within the plant
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
2–3 years of experience in quality and/or project environment
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Core Tools, 8D)
Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and process management
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
