Education Qualification:
- BE in IT, Electronics/Telecommunications, Computer Science
Required Experience:
- Experience with CentOS/Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu
- Linux Operation System platforms and troubleshooting skills
- Good command on tools like Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, etc
- Fundamental knowledge of Public, Private and hybrid cloud deployments
- Experience with Python, YAML, and Bash
- Kubernetes core concepts
- Experience in setting up monitoring and alerting for Kubernetes cluster using open source monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus
- Familiar with Agile Team management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Exposure to AWS and Azure Cloud
- Helm Charts to define, install, and upgrade complex Kubernetes application
- Knowledge of VMware virtualization
- Knowledge of Unified Communication solution; CUCM, IP Phones
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate the software meets architectural requirements and functions as expected
- Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole & Product documentation review
- Validate the software as per documentation
- Detect issue and file bugs on JIRA
- Provide feedback based for software enhancement
