Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh salads, bowls, dressings, wraps, and other cold kitchen items as per Salado recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation for every order.
- Wash, chop, slice, and prep vegetables, fruits, proteins, and other ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstation, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Kitchen Manager regarding shortages or wastage.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
- Assist in new recipe trials and menu improvements when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and professional behavior during operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in salads, continental, café, or cold kitchen operations.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Good knife skills and ingredient handling knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for healthy food and presentation.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthy food brands, cafés, QSRs, or cloud kitchens.
- Knowledge of portion control and inventory handling.
- Creative approach toward food presentation and plating.
Pay: ₹8,716.36 - ₹20,000.00 per month
